Ward13 is a free browser-based survival horror game. Explore an abandoned hospital, avoid terrifying creatures, collect supplies, and fight for survival — alone or with friends.

Game Modes

• Escape: Find five fuses, restore power, call the elevator, and escape before it's too late.
• Survive: Stay alive until dawn as the nightmare becomes increasingly dangerous.
• Hunter: One player becomes the hunter, while the others must survive. Up to 6 players!
• Daily Challenge: Compete for the fastest escape time on the leaderboard.

Choose your difficulty: Easy, Normal, or Nightmare.

Multiplayer — Up to 6 Players

• Escape & Survive: Up to 5 players.
• Hunter Mode: Up to 6 players (1 hunter + 5 survivors).

How to join:

1. Open the game and select Multiplayer.
2. Create a room — a unique 4-letter code is generated automatically.
3. Share the room code with your friends.
4. Other players enter the code to join.
5. Choose your game mode and survive together — or hunt each other!

You can also play solo.
